Receptionist/Call Handler

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to work bank holidays, nights, and weekends.

Your Call Handler duties will include:

• Receive and process requests for patient transport journeys
• Input requests for transport
• Record and update statistics relating to patient journey times
• Receive and deal with enquiries from both patient commissioners and HCPs
• Make outbound calls to Commissioners and HCPs
• Update computer system
• Actively communicate with others to assist service delivery
• Keep track on call statistics and reporting

Your Receptionist duties will include:

• Receptionist duties
• Operating hotel computer booking system
• Dealing with checking in and checking out of guests
• Taking bookings
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Ensuring hotel security
• Dealing with enquiries
• Ensure hotel cleanliness
• Dealing with and resolving issues
• Liaison with the maintenance team
• Supporting hotel management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Flexitime
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Enfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
